Advantages of the pneumatic air suspensions:

1. The vehicle’s balance improves:
   • Changing the pressure of the pneumatic suspensions, the front and back parts of the vehicle stabilize themselves, improving the correct distribution of the lights and decreasing the wear of the tyres.
2. Increase stability:
   • Absorption of the lateral forces, e.g., wind bursts, vacuous produced by big vehicles when you overtake them, passing roundabouts…
3. Less wastage:
   • The wastage of the leaf springs decrease substantially.
4. Comfort:
   • The pneumatic air suspension systems absorb the vibes produced be the irregularities of the road, speed retarders, when you go in ferries…

Front auxiliary air suspension

AUXILIARY FRONT AIR SUSPENSION KIT (DA)

Front auxiliary suspension system for FIAT 244 and 250 chassis.

Taking advantage of the original front shock absorbers of the vehicle, and maintaining both the spring and the cup, a pneumatic actuator is installed inside. 

When installing the kit, we recommend changing the shock absorbers for better performance ones.

This kit consists of:

• Oria brand pneumatic actuators
• Aluminum brackets
• Bearings, seals, plain bushings

INTEGRAL FRONT AIR SUSPENSION KIT (DI)

Integral front suspension system for FIAT 244 and 250 chassis

A better performance damper than the original manufacturer is installed, and both the spring and the cup are replaced by a pneumatic actuator.

This kit consists of:

• Shock absorbers
• Oria brand pneumatic actuators
• Aluminum brackets
• Cups
• Bearings, seals, plain bushings

REAR AIR SUSPENSION

AL-KO CHASSIS KIT

We have supports for the different models of AL-KO chassis. These depend on their date of manufacture, which combined with our diverse catalog of kits (from basic to self-regulating), we can offer a product suitable to the needs of each user.

In addition to the difference in the support, the pneumatic actuators in this case are of three heights and not two as in the rest.

Optional: Digital panel, compressor of greater or lesser performance and / or boiler of 10l.

BASIC KIT

It is the simplest auxiliary air suspension kit that we can use in our motorhomes.

For its regulation we need an external agent, for example, a tire inflation socket of a gas station. The desired pressure is incorporated through the valves incorporated in the kit.

This kit consists of:

• 2 Oria brand 7.25 ”pneumatic actuators
• Mooring brackets suitable for each make and model of vehicle
• Manual inflation valves
• Pneumatic tubes in polyurethane with high hydrolytic resistance
• Nylon cable ties

Optional: 8 ”actuators.

BASIC PLUS KIT

It is the simplest auxiliary air suspension kit that we can use in our motorhomes.

MANUAL REGULATION KIT

It is a more comfortable kit than the basic ones, since it does not need an external agent for its regulation. At any time, from inside the vehicle, we can adapt the pressure of each actuator according to our needs.

This kit consists of:

• Mooring brackets suitable for each make and model of vehicle
• A mini compressor
• U valves with backstop
• Pneumatic tubes in polyurethane with high hydrolytic resistance
• Panel consisting of a button to start the compressor, two pneumatic buttons to control the individual pressure of each actuator and two analog manometers to display each pressure.
• Nylon cable ties

Optional: Digital panel, 8 ”actuators and / or higher or lower performance compressor.

MANUAL ADJUSTMENT KIT PLUS

This kit, in addition to offering us the same benefits as the manual regulation kit, comes with a series of elements, which in our opinion are necessary for greater reliability. This is why we always recommend it.

This kit consists of:

SELF-REGULATING KIT

Unlike a manual regulation kit, this kit is provided with a control panel with pressure regulators. In the event of overpressure (a very large pothole), it lets out a little air and once stabilized the vehicle returns to the initially established pressure, since a reserve tank is installed.
