Air bellows located in compressors
One of ORIA air bellows main application consists of isolating vibrations transmitted when the air condition effects are functioning in compressors.
The possibility to use different types of pressures in the air springs, provides each one the capability to absorb the shocks and vibrations produced by the machine.

Due to the small rigidity and less natural frequency that the air springs have, comparing to other type of cushioning systems, the rubber bellow isolators are able to absorb up to 99% of the vibrations. Thanks to the high level of damping of the air springs we can avoid damaging the compressor, protecting its sensible parts and consequently increasing the life cycle.
Oria air springs reduce noise and vibrations in compressors
ORIA rubber air suspensions are very quiet. The noise is also reduced on the start up and shutdown of the machine. In addition, our wide range of pneumatic air bellows may be suitable for many requests, depending on the compressor dimensions, weights, etc.
