Tyre coupling with brake disc UNEFLEX D Series
The tyre coupling with brake disc is commonly used in crane applications. This coupling can be manufactured with ventilated disc or solid disc. The ventilated disc, prevents the disc from having an overheat. This flexible coupling may be supplied with pilot bore or finished bore execution. Different disc dimensions are available depending on the coupling reference and the necessary torque, being available to achieve a torque from 400 Nm to 2.500 Nm.
A large range of disc dimensions are available together with the next disc designs:
- Ventilated disc: 30,0 mm thickness disc with great dissipation power according to DIN 15432 standard
- Solid disc: 12,7- or 15,0-mm solid disc with low dissipation power
- Flexible tyre coupling with disc brake D series, interchangeable with Stromag Periflex PND
