Tyre coupling with spacer UNEFLEX SD Series
The coupling with spacer is an effective connection for those installations where the distance between the shafts is greater. This coupling is a practical alternative for pump installations, considering that just removing the bolts from the spacer, it’s possible to take out this part of the coupling and make the necessary maintenance operations or replace the elastic element without the need of moving the drive and driven equipment, being this maintenance time reduction valuable on pumps, compressors and many other applications.
In UNE we have the possibility to adjust the dimensions of the spacer, adapting the required distance between shaft ends (D.B.S.E.). The distance of the spacer may vary from 100mm to 350mm, nonetheless, these dimensions could be modified upon request.
The transmission hardware can be with finished bores or with taper lock execution.
