UNE rubber coupling supplier launches a new flexible coupling model. The MRD-8 flexible rubber couplings are standard rubber couplings with a special adaptation, the added value of these flexible couplings consists on providing a fast mounting, maintenance and replacement of the coupling rubber.
Main features of fast mounting flexible rubber couplings
The coupling has 6 screw connections in each flange. Therefore, the operator has the chance to loosen them and replace the coupling without the need of moving parts in the installation, as for example the machine or the pump, which makes the MRD a very practical flexible rubber coupling.
The rubber coupling is also composed by a spacer. This is mainly used in those cases where the distance to connect both shafts is longer. In addition, it is an advantage if the user is willing to move the shaft axially, as it can be done simply loosening the screws of the spacer without the need of moving the motor or pump.
In UNE different spacer measures can be designed for the easy installation rubber couplings, depending on the application requirements.
