A pesar de que el rendimiento del acoplamiento era conforme para la aplicaci\u00f3n, los elementos el\u00e1sticos fueron sustituidos m\u00e1s de una vez al a\u00f1o, y en el momento de rotura, hab\u00eda riesgo de contacto entre las partes met\u00e1licas, lo cual pod\u00eda desencadenar desgastes adicionales en la instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, la sustituci\u00f3n de los recambios supon\u00eda un coste y tiempo de mantenimiento elevado, puesto que era necesario mover la parte motora y transmitida. Adem\u00e1s, cabe destacar la <strong>protecci\u00f3n que proporciona<\/strong> el acoplamiento tubular<strong> en la transmisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, dado que, en caso de rotura, solo se debe sustituir el elemento el\u00e1stico y volver a aplicar el par de apriete pertinente de los amarres para continuar con su funcionamiento. <strong>No existe desgaste alguno entre las partes met\u00e1licas y no hay pr\u00e1cticamente una necesidad de desplazar ning\u00fan elemento de la bancada<\/strong>, evitando elevados consumos de tiempo y gastos de mantenimiento importantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por esta raz\u00f3n, a pesar de que el coste de adquisici\u00f3n del acoplamiento el\u00e1stico tubular pueda ser superior que el resto de acoplamientos el\u00e1sticos, es mayor el&nbsp;<strong>ahorro<\/strong>&nbsp;a medio-largo plazo, asumiendo que la cubierta puede llegar a durar a\u00f1os y que las operaciones de mantenimiento pueden realizarse inmediatamente, sin necesidad de&nbsp;<strong>desplazar&nbsp;la bancada<\/strong>&nbsp;o el resto de componentes que conforman la transmisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<a href=\"applewebdata:\/\/5E5D29C8-4867-4BD5-8589-AF2EB23D5D61#_msoanchor_1\">[E1]<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El caso de estudio se ha llevado a cabo en una bomba de riego, donde previamente hab\u00eda instalado un acoplamiento que estaba compuesto por un elemento el\u00e1stico de poliuretano en la aplicaci\u00f3n.
